Vodafone Germany tops DKI mobile provider study

Vodafone Germany confirmed that it has been named top mobile provider by the Deutsche Kundeninstitut (DKI) with an overall score of 91.1 points. Vodafone was awarded an overall rating of 'very good'. Subsidiary Otelo also gained a 'very good' rating with an overall score of 90.1 points. Aldi Talk was in 3rd place (87.2 points, very good); followed by Fonic (86.3 points, good); and 1&1 (85.8 points, good). DKI examined a total of 16 mobile service providers in a study commissioned by 'Wirtschaftswoche'.
