Vodafone Ghana enhances customer services for people with speech and hearing impairments

Vodafone Ghana has enhanced its specialised customer service initiative to respond to the needs of customers with speech and hearing impairments. Daniel Asiedu, the Corporate Communications Manager, said that over 7,000 videos calls had been made with 300 customers since its introduction in 2017, to communicate with them using sign language.
