Vodafone Iceland parent Syn agrees to buy high performance computing firm Endor

Vodafone Iceland parent company Syn said it has agreed to acquire Endor, subject to satisfactory conclusion of due diligence and the approval of the regulatory authorities. Endor works internationally in high performance computing and the plan is to make better use of Vodafone, which is currently involved in the development of a data centre in Reykjavik.
