Vodafone Malta enters MoU with government on technological innovation

Vodafone Malta entered into a MoU with the Government to promote and harness the latest disruptive technologies such as  blockchain, IoT, AI and big data to boost innovation in Malta. The MoU discusses the potential designing and execution of initiatives aimed at supporting the strategic themes of the National Digital Strategy 2014-2020 of Malta. It mainly aims to increase awareness on disruptive technologies; implement disruptive technologies pilot projects, with a commitment to implement at least one pilot/proof of concept on IoT, as well as enhance digital literacy among the Maltese
