Vodafone, MTN, ZTE CEOs named to ITU Broadband Commission for Sustainable Development

The ITU's Broadband Commission for Sustainable Development, which recently named Millicom chief executive Mauricio Ramos a new commissioner, has now appointed more members, and launched a new website.
