Vodafone New Zealand to list on NZX this year – report

Vodafone New Zealand could be listed on the New Zealand Exchange (NZX) before Christmas, local newspaper Stuff reports, citing an unnamed market source. According to the same source, Vodafone is setting up meetings for "a non-deal roadshow" to test the appetite of institutional investors for the float, with Deutsche Bank providing advice. An industry source said it had also heard Vodafone plans to go ahead with a local listing, with planning being in an advanced stage and an announcement possible within days.
