Vodafone NL makes all subscriptions '4G ready'

Vodafone Netherlands said it was 4G ready and that all new Red subscribers will get free access to the operator's 4G network. The free access was previously only open for Red Super and Vodafone Red Business. The company said that customer speeds will automatically go up as soon as the netwok takes on higher speeds. Vodafone hopes its 4G network will go live this summer. Competitor KPN has meanwhile launched 4G in the Utrecht region. The incumbent began rolling out in February in the Amsterdam region, followed by The Hague and Rotterdam. T-Mobile Netherlands has begun rolling out its 4G
