Vodafone Romania enters wholesale services deal with Telekom Romania

Vodafone Romania entered into an agreement with Telekom Romania for wholesale services, which allows Vodafone to launch fixed internet and TV services using Telekom Romania's urban optical fibre network. Also, the agreement allows Telekom to better use its fixed infrastructure resources. The two operators have been in talks about the deal since 2017. Vodafone Romania is also an ally of UPC Romania as Vodafone Group acquired the operations of Liberty Global's UPC units in Germany and Eastern Europe.
