Vodafone says KPN needs regulating

Vodafone Netherlands said it was satisfied with the unbundled access decision published by regulator ACM, saying regulation is needed in order to push KPN to come to good commercial agreements. "KPN has no interest in real competition," Vodafone said in a statement. Vodafone reached a commercial agreement with KPN in June for wholesale access to its copper and fibre networks, as did Tele2 and M7.
