Vodafone takeover of Liberty Global assets faces regulatory delay

The European Commission has stopped the clock on its investigation into Vodafone's planned takeover of assets from Liberty Global. The Commission's competition website said the suspension took effect on 15 January while it seeks more information from the companies to aid its investigation.
