Vodafone to buy India's You Broadband for INR 4 bln - report

Vodafone has agreed to acquire Indian cable internet company You Broadband for around INR 4 billion. Vodafone is waiting for the Foreign Investment Promotion Board's approval of this acquisition, The Economic Times reports, citing two unnamed sources familiar with the transaction. You Broadband is owned by TRG Capital.
