Vodafone to cover 90% of Germans with LTE by next summer

Vodafone Germany announced plans to expand its network with the aim to provide 90 percent of German residents with LTE by next summer. Households and small businesses that do not have access to cable or DSL connections will benefit from Vodafone's LTE technology as a substitute for fixed connections. The average speed of mobile broadband is currently 15-20 Mbps.
