Vodafone tops Q3 mobile complaints - Ofcom

Vodafone was the most complained about provider of pay-monthly mobile services in the UK in Q3 2015, according to Ofcom. Vodafone registered 20 complaints per 100,000 customers, up from 14 per 100,000 customers in Q2. The main reasons for Vodafone customer complaints were problems with billing, pricing and charges (37%); complaints handling (28%); and concerns around faults, service and provision (17%).
