Vodafone, Wind Hellas secure approval for network-sharing deal

Greek telecom authority EETT has issued its approval for the network-sharing deal between Vodafone Greece and Wind Hellas. The two mobile operators will separate their passive infrastructure into a new company and lease back access to the infrastructure under the deal first announced in July.
