VodafoneZiggo annual EBITDA up 6% thanks to merger synergies, FMC growth

VodafoneZiggo met its growth targets for 2020, with adjusted EBITDA up 6 percent to EUR 1.6 billion. The increase was supported by EUR 214 million in annual savings from the merger that created the company, achieved a year ahead of schedule, as well as continued strong growth in fixed-mobile subscribers. For 2021, the company forecast slower growth of 1-3 percent in adjusted EBITDA.
