Update: 15 November 2018 | 09:31 CET
As promised, VodafoneZiggo has filed a suit against the EU's approval of a decision by Dutch regulator ACM to open up the company's network to competitors and to impose a light touch regulation on KPN. The suit was filed on 8 November at the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg. VodafoneZiggo wants the European Commission to reverse the decision to not conduct an in-depth investigation into the Dutch market.
