Dutch operator Voiceworks announced the acquisition of Xenosite, a provider of business telecom services. Drachten-based Xenosite providers internet connections - from DSL to fibre. In recent years it has expanded in the IT partner channel and offers its service nationwide. It employs 25 people across the head office and three other sites.

Voiceworks said it continues to grow, both organically and through acquisitions, in the Dutch market, in addition to seeking expansion abroad. The acquisition was financed internally; no further details were disclosed. After the takeover, Voiceworks expects a turnover of EUR 61 million in 2017.
