VoIP overtakes traditional fixed line for first time in Belgium

Belgians are using internet telephony more than fixed lines for the first time, according to the latest annual survey by market regulator BIPT. It also found telecom users are in general satisfied with the cost and quality of their services. However, not enough consumers are aware of their rights, and the BIPT plans a new awareness campaign on this.
