VoIPgrid must join CIOT, but Dutch authority drops fine

Dutch provider VoIPgrid said its has won its case about joining the CIOT, the Central Information Point for Telecommunication Research, the central database used by law enforcement. Providers must connect their systems, but the judge ruled that VoIPgrid cannot be held responsible for the problems at the CIOT.
