Volaris signs agreement to acquire Flash Networks

Volaris Group said it has signed an agreement to acquire Israel-based Flash Networks, subject to regulatory approval.  Flash was founded in 1996 and provides products to enable telecommunications operators to improve RAN spectral efficiency, boost network speed, optimise video and web traffic, and generate over-the-top revenues from the mobile internet.
