Vonage contact centre platform selected by The Dispute Service

The Dispute Service in the UK, which operates the government-approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), has selected the Vonage Contact Centre platform to integrate all communications channels without the need for disruptive, costly hardware changes.

The Vonage Contact Centre will provide The Dispute Service with dynamic call routing, self-service features, and post call surveys to help improve the customer experience.
