Voo compensates customers following network incidents
Belgian operator Voo has taken a number of new measures following recent network incidents in Waterloo et Braine-l'Alleud, reseller Astel said. Voo said the incidents in February and March were due to electricity issues. An incident on 20 May came about following violent storms and floods in parts of Wallonia. The operator published a letter of apology in the Belgian press and put together a compensation scheme for affected customers, offering one month free of Be Premium to all TV customers. Those already
