Voo launches customer self-service app

Belgian operator Voo has launched its own customer service smartphone app. The My Voo app allows customers to check their consumption, both for mobile and fixed plans, as well as activate options such as extra TV channels or mobile data. Customers can also see their latest monthly bills and what remains to be paid. The app is available for Android and iOS mobile devices.
