Voo owner approves new holding structure

The board of Belgian group Nethys has approved a new holding structure, separating its public interest from its commercial activities, reports L'Echo. This follows the earlier decision to spin off its energy grid Resa and could be the next step to preparing a sale of its cable operation Voo.
