Voo sale suspended as parent Enodia reviews case

Enodia, the public holding company of Nethys, has suspended the sale of cable brand Voo, IT group Win and green power producer Elicio by Nethys. The decision follows the political outcry from the announcement of secret sales agreements between Nethys and investor Providence and Nethys director Francois Fornieri.
