Vumatel suspends wholesale fibre price increases until after coronavirus lockdown

Thursday 16 April 2020 | 10:00 CET | News
Vumatel has suspended wholesale fibre price increases until after the end of the national state of disaster. Vumatel says it had advised ISP stakeholders at the end of 2019 of a nominal price increase on  lines below 100 Mbps, with a decrease anticipated in prices for higher line speeds. These would have come into effect on 01 April and allowed ISPs to cut prices for end-users.
