Wave Broadband buys California's Digital West

Wave Broadband, part of cable operator Astound Broadband, has bought Digital West, a provider of fibre connectivity and services for business customers in California's Central Coast region. The acquisition, for an undisclosed amount, is effective immediately and will broaden Wave's base of business connectivity and communication services. Digital West and its team will continue to operate normally for customers, incorporating Wave's fibre network and operating as part of Wave Business Solutions. The companies plan in the future to invest in enhanced products and services for Digital West
