Waymo passes 4 mln autonomously driven miles mark

Waymo, the Google company developing self-driving cars, passed the 4 million autonomously driven miles mark, writes Techcrunch.com. This distance was covered over a period of 10 years which began when the project debuted. The company managed to cover 1 million miles between just May and November, which is much faster compared to the six years it need to pass its first million miles mark.
