Western Balkans countries reduce roaming fees again

Roaming prices in the Western Balkans have been cut by 9-35 percent from the start of 2020, in line with the second phase of implementation of the regional roaming agreement. However, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina have not implemented the new cut, saying their operators need more time to adjust.
