Western Cape to launch first 50 hotspots later this month

South African operator Neotel and Western Cape government are set to launch the first 50 of 384 planned Wi-Fi hotspots later in March. The Western Cape government is aiming to achieve complete coverage by 2019, by which time all 384 hotspots will be activated.
