Pay TV revenues in Western Europe are expected to decline by 2023 by USD 2 billion from the end of 2017, with OTT revenues, and especially SVoD, more than doubling, according to the latest study from Digital TV Research.  TV revenues in general will advance to USD 50 billion by 2023, from 39 billion in 2017.
