WhatsApp launches new shopping button

WhatsApp, which last month said it wanted to make its messaging service better for businesses, has added a new shopping button on its WhatsApp service. Pushing the button will let people discover a business's catalogue of goods or services. They can then browse the products and, with a tap, start a conversation about a particular item.
