WhatsApp must stop giving terms in English to German users

Vzbv, the German consumer association, said the Berlin Regional Court has upheld its complaint and told WhatsApp to stop providing the terms and conditions of its messaging service in English to German customers. The WhatsApp credits need to be improved, too, said the court, so that any complaints can be reported. Its ruling has not yet come into force.
