WhatsApp relaunches personal payments service in Brazil

The WhatsApp payments service has returned in in Brazil, after Facebook Payments Brasil received the approval to become a payment initiator for person-to-person transfers, reports Telesintese. The company will gradually roll out the service nationwide in the coming weeks. Payments for businesses, meanwhile, will be activated in the future after approval.
