Which? survey shows telcos offer poor customer service

Telecoms and energy providers are the companies rated the lowest for customer service, according to Which?'s annual survey of the UK's 100 biggest brands. Telecoms providers BT (63%), TalkTalk (64%), Vodafone (66%) and EE (68%) once again came near the bottom of the rankings.
