Wind Hellas in talks to offer Nova TV - report

Tuesday 5 September 2017 | 13:24 CET | News

Greek operator Wind Hellas is in talks to offer content from pay-TV provider Nova, owned by rival Forthnet, reports Kathimerini. Wind has been preparing its own TV service, which will be delivered as IPTV.

This would be the first time a pay-TV provider offers its content on a wholesale basis in the Greek market. The deal would help Forthnet offset some of the costs of acquiring exclusive content, while Wind would gain access to premium programming, such as top football.
