Wisekey to open blockchain IoT centre in Zug

WISeKey announced its intention to establish an Internet of Things Blockchain Center of Excellence in the Swiss canton of Zug, where the company is based. The centre will offer a blockchain platform to US-based enterprises, facilitating the adaptation of on-board blockchain-based services. The canton of Zug has been attracting many crypto-technology players and has become known as 'Crypto Valley'. Several major blockchain and bitcoin companies are located in Zug, such as the Ethereum Foundation.
