WISI supplies remote Phy node to Com Hem for gigabit HFC upgrade

German provider of products for video and broadband networks WISI Communications said it has won a contract to supply its compact Remote Phy Node LR45 to Swedish operator Com Hem in an international tender. Com Hem will use the WISI product as part of the upgrade of its Hybrid Fibre-Coax (HFC) network to gigabit broadband speed.
