WOM Colombia gets regulator's backing for interconnection deals

The new entrant on the Colombian mobile market Wom has won a ruling from the regulator CRC requiring other operators to provide interconnection access, Portafolio reports. Wom had appealed to the CRC after Comcel (Claro), Tigo and Une refused access to their networks.
