Workz develops eSIM cards for IoT at Dubai plant

Workz Group of the UAE has developed a specialised eSIM card for mobile network operators at its Dubai production facility.  New, embedded SIM (eSIM) technology is expected to drive widespread adoption of IoT in business and consumer smart devices by allowing over-the-air updates or reprogramming of software, otherwise known as remote provisioning, and giving users access to several network providers without physically changing card.
