
Wow! prices IPO below range, raises USD 310 mln

US cable operator WideOpenWest (Wow) has priced its initial public offering of shares at USD 17 per share, below the indicated range of USD 20-22. This brings the company proceeds of USD 310 million before costs. The underwriters have an option to sell another 2.74 million shares in the next 30 days if demand warrants. Wow shares are expected to start trading on 25 May on the New York Stock Exchange.
