WRC agrees registration rules for small satellites

The ITU's World Radiocommunication Conference has agreed new rules for regulating the launch of non-geostationary satellites. These so-called small satellites are being launched in the thousands, at low- and medium-earth orbits, in order to bring broadband and IoT services to the world population.
