X-Mobility helps WanTok Mobile start services on Tonga, Vanuatu

Friday 3 September 2021 | 15:35 CET | News
X-Mobility, a UK-based enabler of digital MVNOs, said its AppVNOTM service was selected to power WanTok Mobile's launch on the Pacific Islands of Tonga and Vanuatu. The mobile services operator started services on the islands on 3 September. Using the digital MVNO service, WanTok Mobile provided an 'over-the-top' mobile network: customers can subscribe to WanTok Mobile numbers and use their existing data and Wi-Fi connections to make low-cost mobile calls, chat and SMS.
