Xavier Niel expands Station F start-up building project

Iliad's founder Xavier Niel is expanding his Station F start-up campus in Paris with the planned construction of a new project scheduled for 2018, reports 1001startups. The new building, described as a co-living space with a capacity of 600 places, will target international start-ups on a site located south of Paris, at Evry. Niel's investment in Station F and the co-living space is reported to be in the region of EUR 250 million. Scheduled to open in early 2017, the Station F building is a renovated former railway station (Halle Freyssinet) designed to house up to 1,000 start-ups over 34,000
