Xelent's data centre gets Tier 3 certificate

Russian data centre Xelent, based in the city of St Petersburg, has received the Tier 3 certificate from the Uptime Institute. According to data from the company, less than 30 data centres in Russia hold the Tier 3 certification and less than a half of these are commercial data centres.
