XL Axiata cancels tower sale
Indonesian mobile operator XL Axiata has cancelled its sale of mobile towers due to lack of interest. The operator was earlier trying to dispose of 7,000 mobile towers hoping to raise IDR 14 trillion. The Borneo Post reports that company president director, Hasnul Suhaimithe, told shareholders the sale has been cancelled.

Indonesian mobile operator XL Axiata is seeking to sell 7,000 telecommunications towers as it wants to concentrate more on its core mobile phone business.
