XL Axiata starts system to generate product offerings based on customer profile

Indonesian operator XL Axiata has set up a new Multi-Channel Campaign Management (MCCM) platform with Indonesian e-commerce specialist Tokopedia. The platform can provide product offerings based on each customer profile, along with security and protection for personal data. XL Axiata expects the system to ultimately increase sales.
