Yahoo is expected to stop offering its Yahoo Platinum streaming video as a standalone service within a few weeks of 31 October 2003, according to people familiar with the matter. The USDlr9.95/mo service will be folded into the Yahoo Plus bundled premium offering expected to be launched as early as November 2003.
