Yes Telecom acquires Dekatel

Monday 4 April 2016 | 16:52 CET | News
Yes Telecom, a subsidiary of KPN on the enterprise market, has acquired rival Dekatel. The takeover is expected to strengthen Yes's position on the SME market, as well as add to its portfolio for fixed telephony and internet services. Dekatel offers fixed and mobile services for businesses using the KPN network. It will adopt the Yes Telecom name going forward, while Dekatel customers and partners will continue to receive the same service.
