Yoigo discussing national roaming deal with Orange

Thursday 28 July 2016 | 09:01 CET | News
Orange Spain is in negotiations to replace Telefonica as the national roaming provider for Spanish mobile operator Yoigo, reports Cinco Dias, citing Orange strategy manager Julio Gomez. The move comes after Yoigo decided not to renew the three-year network-sharing agreement signed with Telefonica in July 2013. "We are interested in any collaboration agreement, be it deployment or MVNO, that allows us to be more efficient," said Gomez at the presentation of Orange's quarterly results.
